Based in Washington, D.C., Carter Louthian and his band bring attitude and high wattage to the table at every show. Through the use of irresistible grooves, raspy vocals, and powerful melodies, Carter Lou and the Project bring a unique and pervasive energy to myriad east coast venues. Carter Lou and the Project will be at Jammin’ Java on July 1st to perform for the release of their Eponymous LP, along with fellow locals Wild Love and The Duskwhales.
